Role and Responsibilities
- [Should be responsible for the day-to-day office work like communication, Correspondence, liasioning, Travel Booking, Arranging internal & external meetings.
- Responsible for carrying out a range of secretarial functions, including Personnel & Admin related matters.
- Handle correspondence both internal , intra departmental & external.
- Manage safe custody of company documents & information.
- Taking dictation / drafting letters & inter office memos & other officials.
- Coordinating with Inter Departments & Factory staff for various issues.
- Strong Follow up on various issues with internal as well as external.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Drafting letters, emails on behalf of Managing Director.
- Prepare & updating MD’s schedule.
- Organizing event & seminar as & when assigned.
- Making suitable arrangements & interacting with client
- To prepare annual & monthly calendar of activities of Managing Director..
- Write minute of internal & external meetings.
- Assist in preparing presentation & speeches.
- You shall work and perform any other Job Assignment given to you by the management from time to time and you should maintain secrecy andconfidentiality during the performance of the above Job Assignment.
- Ready to travel on pan India Level, to visit factories.
